CG’s electric hydraulic control gear box—208 box comes out with CG’s independent intellectual property rights and multiterm of utility model patents.

This gear box, which is an electric hydraulic control, counter shaft transmission gear, is developed by CHENGGONG CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY CO., LTD, The hydraulic torque convertor is improved by the combination of CAT technology and independent innovation, the main features of which include: three-element structure; torque convertor with a diameter of 340mm; maximum torque ratio: 2.55; efficiency is up to 85%-90%. High torque convertor efficiency ensures the engine power has been taken full advantage, which leads to a higher operating efficiency. The highly intelligentized electric hydraulic control gear box operates with: a compact form; a shorter circuit of power transmission; a comfortable operation and accurate electric hydraulic control; multi-gears of four forward and three reverse provides reliable shifting of gears, increased working efficiency and lowered labor intensity of the operators.

The "kick-down”(KD) function is used to shift from second gear to first gear when load increases, and this function helps to increase operating efficiency and reduce the time of working cycle.
